Amazing Plastic Surgeon, Amazing Results! Beverly Hills, CA

I never thought myself to be beautiful to look at in my "Natural State" but all that changed upon meeting Dr. Raja Srour. I had consulted a few Beverly Hills Plastic Surgeons & the like, but none made me feel at ease except for Dr. Srour. There was no over selling, no frills, simply put, he is straight forward, clear & was willing to work within budget for multiple procedures.

Great Surgeon - Los Angeles, CA

I recently had a breast augmentation procedure by Dr. Raja and I am so happy with my results. He did an amazing job. So glad I went with him. He gave me exactly what I wanted. Also his front desk assistant Alina was a great and sweet girl. She was very helpful with everything as well as his nurse assistant . I was pleased with everything and I will definitely recommend him.

26 Years old getting married this year and just got a boob job - Beverly Hills, CA

I was always self conscious about my boobs as they never developed very well. I was a 34A/34B but always felt like a kid. I've been wanting a boob job since I was 18 and for many years I stood firm to my decision so I knew it was right for me after being able to afford them! I got them done 3 weeks ago with 385cc moderate profile above the muscle with an under boob incision! I've never been happier.

The Art of Cosmetic Surgery

Experienced Revision Rhinoplasty Plastic Surgeon in West Los Angeles / Beverly Hills

If you’re unhappy with the outcome of your previous rhinoplasty surgery, experienced cosmetic surgeon and aesthetic expert Raja Srour, MD, of Doheny Sunset Surgery Center, Inc. in West Hollywood, California, can perform revision rhinoplasty to correct the flaws and give you natural looking results.

Sometimes a surgeon removes too much tissue during the prior surgery, requiring Dr. Srour to rebuild the nasal structure using grafts (pieces of cartilage either from the nasal septum, ear, or rib). In most case, Dr. Srour prefers to use the patient’s own cartilage, but some patients may be better candidates for synthetic implants etc.

While for some other patients, Dr. Srour may need to remove more tissue or cartilage if the previous surgeon was too conservative, or he may take steps to correct asymmetry. Regardless of your concern, he will take an approach that leads to the natural-looking results you wanted from the start. He will spend time with you to help understand your goals, answer all your questions and make recommendations.

Dr. Srour is a highly experienced surgeon offering revision rhinoplasty for men and women in West Los Angeles / Beverly Hills.

Cost of Revision Rhinoplasty

Revision Rhinoplasty procedure starts at $6,900. It is a personalized procedure. Depending upon the goals, cost can vary from $6,900-$9,800. Hence contact Dr. Srour to ask your questions and get exact quote. Take an informed decision.

Revision Rhinoplasty

Dr. Srour can help you achieve unmet appearance goals. Majority of revision rhinoplasty surgeries Dr. Srour performs are to create a better balance of the nose size in relationship to the rest of the face , improve appearance, improve airways or create nasal symmetry.

Revision rhinoplasty can correct an undesirable result following an original rhinoplasty procedure. This procedure is often more complex and time intensive than the original rhinoplasty. Patient specific assessment will determine if additional support needs to be added to the nasal skeleton, or if refining the existing cartilage will produce the desired results. A functional airway assessment will ensure that nasal air flow is not compromised, while concurrently creating a desired nasal shape.

Open Rhinoplasty

Open or External Rhinoplasty Surgical Approach uses a trans-columellar (small bridging) incision to connect the left and right nostril incisions. Many patients are hesitant to undergo open rhinoplasty because they fear it will leave a visible scar on the nose. Fortunately, the scar that is left behind after an open rhinoplasty will be very small and is unlikely to be noticed by others. Open rhinoplasty procedure gives direct visibility of the cartilage near the tip of the nose to the surgeon. This procedure allows for great control and precision.

Closed Rhinoplasty

A closed rhinoplasty may be appropriate for minor corrections and reshaping. Since the incisions are made within the nostrils closed rhinoplasty has the advantage of no visible scarring. It is a less invasive procedure which means somewhat less swelling during the recovery period, shorter surgery time and shorter recovery time. An ideal patient for closed rhinoplasty is someone who wants to make changes to the nasal dorsum, the nasal side walls and some minor changes to the nasal tip

Ethnic Rhinoplasty

This is a type of cosmetic surgery that creates a symmetrical and well-balanced look that complements the patient’s face while still maintaining his or her ethnic characteristics. Sometimes different techniques are needed to perform ethnic rhinoplasties.

1What is revision rhinoplasty?
Revision rhinoplasty is performed to deal with problems that occurred following an initial rhinoplasty surgery. The issues can range from being fairly minor to more complicated internal ones. It is important to choose an experienced cosmetic surgeon who can assess the specific problems caused by the previous operation and devise a custom surgical plan to correct those issues.
2What is rhinoplasty?

Rhinoplasty, more commonly known as a nose job or nasal surgery, corrects a variety of cosmetic and structural issues. Rhinoplasty enhances your appearance and can allow you to breathe more easily, too. Dr. Srour performs rhinoplasty while you’re under general anesthetic, so you’re asleep and comfortable during the procedure.

3What is alloplasty?

Alloplasty is the use of implants to enhance the shape of your nose. If you don’t have enough cartilage to get your desired look, Dr. Srour may recommend using a silicone implant as part of your nasal surgery. Alloplasty is commonly part of rhinoplasty for people of Asian descent.

4Is rhinoplasty right for me?

If you’re unhappy with the size and shape of your nose, or you have trouble breathing through your nose, rhinoplasty may be a good solution. It permanently changes the appearance of your nose. Nasal surgery can reduce or eliminate a nasal hump, refine the tip of your nose, or correct asymmetries in the structure of your nose.

You should be at least 15 or 16 years old if you’re a woman, and potentially a few years older for young men, after your nose has stopped growing. Everyone develops differently, so Dr. Srour can recommend a good time to proceed. He routinely performs rhinoplasty on patients in their teens all the way through their 60s.

As long as you’re in good overall health, you have a desire to improve your self-confidence, and you have realistic expectations of the results, rhinoplasty may be right for you.

5How long does it take to recover from nasal surgery?

Typical recovery time after rhinoplasty takes 6-9 months. Most of the swelling and bruising subsides after about a week when Dr. Srour removes the splint from your nose. At that time, you can usually resume your daily activities, but you need to avoid strenuous activity for several weeks.

You won’t be able to wear eyeglasses immediately after surgery, so you don’t put pressure on your nose as it heals.

If you’re ready to enhance your facial features, or refine a nose you’re not 100% happy with, contact Doheny Sunset Surgery Center, Inc. to schedule a rhinoplasty consultation.
